Hi Einat,
You don't say what version of Red Hat you're running on your local
machine, so can't offer much advice. Do you have the "compatibility
libs" installed on your local system? If not, you really ought to
install them.
In regards to ITRDA, there are a number of known MatLAB problems
relating to Fedora Core and most of them are now documented on the
acesgrid.org web site. More details can be obtained from The MathWorks.
If you have problems not covered by our web site or by The MathWorks,
then please bring them to the weekly office hours (see web site for
details) and we'll try to help you.
