[Aces-support] FFTW

FFTW has been installed on the ACES cluster.

Please look into:

/usr/local/pkg/fftw/fftw-2.1.5
/usr/local/pkg/fftw/fftw-3.0.1

for the standard versions and into:

/usr/local/pkg/fftwgel/fftwgel-1.2.1/

for an FFTW2 API compliant version what may be faster for double precision as 
it uses SSE2 codelets.

Within each directory there are separate subdirectories for compiler and also 
compiler-MPI version combinations.

Beware that the API changed from version 2 to version 3. There are no MPI 
versions for version 3 sofar. I'm still building the Portland Group compiler 
versions. 

If we can come up with a meaningful module script, these versions may become 
"modulized" for ease of use, otherwise use should be self-explanatory.

Also, if there is a need for the OpenMP versions (as opposed to the PThread 
ones) of the threaded FFTW libraries please let me know.
