How exactly did you build your program? Let me guess: Not using the correct 
LAM/compiler combination on the cluster... I just recompiled your code (you 
will find the new executable in 
/home/shihong/PMLFS/Stretch/source/fd3dmpi_pmlstr)
and tested it and it runs fine...

In case this executable was just moved over from the old cluster do not expect 
it to work...
